COVID-19 Epidemic and The Anticipated Market

Hi there, as one of Portland's top selling Realtors since 1988, I wanted to share some slides with you that talk about the upcoming real estate market, or at least the experts opinions as to how this will all come about given the current coronavirus scare.  This video was made on April 4th, 2020.  This is using national information from various banks, the National Association of Realtors and More. 

The bottom line is things are very different from the last recession and while I dont want to downplay what most all of us know will be coming, I did want to show why the fundamentals show that things should be OK.  Take a look at the video and let me know your thoughts.  Thanks  ROB
