Portland Bank Owned List

Portland Bank Owned List

Hi, Welcome to PortlandBankOwnedList.com

This site is dedicated to educating home buyers on purchasing a bank owned home in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area and providing updated lists of bank owned homes available for purchase in each of the local areas and cities.  These are broken down by area, and show all the available homes in each community, sorted by newest listing on the market.

When considering buying a bank owned home, there are a few things you need to keep in mind.  The main thing (speaking as a long time Realtor who has sold a lot of bank owned homes over the years) is that most home owners who then lose their homes didnt necessarily have the funds available to keep good care of their homes towards the end, before they lost them.  So there may be quite a bit of deferred maintainance.  Think that leaky roof, or the furnace on its last legs, or the dishwasher that quit working.  Also in most some foreclosure sales its not possible to see inside the home to evaluate it, so be sure to keep these deferred costs in mind.

NOTE: When you are looking at these links, make sure you SAVE your search.  That way you will automatically be updated with new bank homes as they come on the market.  Happy searching, and feel free to reach out with any questions.  The Rob Levy Team has been selling bank owned and regular sale homes on a high level since 1988, and we'd be happy to answer your questions.
